Position Reports To:
Responsibilities include: ▪ Data entry of AP invoices ▪ Processing checks for vendors, employees, tenants, etc. ▪ Maintain AP cash balances ▪ Respond to information requests from vendors and sites in a timely fashion ▪ Process routine reports ▪ Record payments from government agencies ▪ Record/prepare daily deposits ▪ Record rents & security deposits
Qualifications include: ▪ HS diploma or equivalent ▪ 2+ years AP/AR experience preferred ▪ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel, Yardi software experience helpful, but not required. ▪ Must be detail oriented and possess strong organization and communication skills. ▪ Team oriented self-starter with strong work ethic.
