Position Reports To:
Administrative Support, Maintain a Presentable Reception Area, Maintain Visitor Log for Security, Daily Mail Processing (copies, filing, distribution) & Drop off, Postage Processing & Federal express, Orders Flowers on behalf of the Company, Corporate Filing, Receive and Authorize deliveries, Monthly Birthday Planner, Maintain Company subscriptions, Order and maintain Office Supplies for the building, and other Administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-3 years experience, have strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Individual must have a pleasant personality, be comfortable with multiple phone lines and have professional telephone etiquette and PR skills. Excellent candidates will have good attendance, strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor and attire that exemplifies our business culture.
