Vice President William DeMarco, CPM, is Director of Residential Management for Arbor Management (Arbor) an affiliate of LNWA. Prior to the formation of Arbor, Bill was Director of Residential Management for North Delaware Realty Company, a division of LNWA.

Since joining LNWA in 1986, Bill has overseen the growth of its portfolio from 25 to more than 40 properties in seven states. Prior to 1986, he worked with HUD for six years in the Multifamily Asset Management Division and with several companies in the banking and mortgage lending fields.

Bill is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned the Institute's highest honor, the Certified Property Manager designation. He is also a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and The National Assisted Housing Management Association.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
